About the Photographer

My name is Hannah Burkholder

I've loved photography for as long as I can remember. From a young age, people noticed my "creative eye," and their kind words nurtured my confidence. However, it was the loss of my father that truly shaped my connection to photography. He left me his camera, and through that lens, I discovered the power of preserving memories. It quickly became more than a hobby; it became a way to hold onto the moments that matter most.

Carrying that camera everywhere, I fell in love with storytelling through images. Over time, I realized this wasn’t just a passion; it was my purpose. I’ve spent the past few years refining my skills and learning everything I can to honor the craft. Photography has taught me to savor life’s fleeting moments and to always look for the beauty in the everyday.

When I’m not photographing, you’ll likely find me exploring scenic trails, tackling DIY projects, or enjoying live music at concerts with friends. Although, I do tend to document those moments too! At home, I dedicate my life to my two playful and very spoiled cats, Arlo and Estie,  who never fail to make me smile.
